Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how PDF Mode AI (“we”, “the App”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Android application and the related website at https://pdfmodeai.codart.pro.
1. Information we collect
- Account data. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, name, and email address via Firebase Authentication.
- Documents you create or upload. PDF files and text you add in the App may be stored in your account (Firebase / our servers) so you can open them later.
- AI requests. When you use AI features, document text or file content is sent to our server and then to Google Gemini to generate a response. Free accounts have a daily AI limit.
- Phone number (optional). If you verify a phone number, we process that number to send an SMS code and show it in the CodART developer dashboard.
- Purchases. Pro subscriptions are billed by Google Play. We receive a purchase token and subscription status to unlock Pro. We do not receive or store your card number.
- Advertising data. On the free plan we show ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may use the advertising ID and device/app signals as described in Google’s policies.
- Approximate location. We do not use GPS. When you sign in, our server may derive an approximate country and city from your IP address (and, if needed, device timezone) so they appear in the CodART developer dashboard. This is not precise location.
- Technical logs. Server logs may include IP address, timestamps, app version, and error reports needed to keep the service running.
2. How we use the data
- to provide sign-in, document storage, AI features, and subscriptions;
- to show ads to free users and to hide ads for Pro subscribers;
- to show approximate country and city in the CodART developer dashboard;
- to prevent abuse (rate limits, fraud, and security);
- to improve stability of the App.
3. Third-party processors
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore);
- Google Gemini / Google AI (AI processing of documents you submit);
- Google AdMob (ads on the free plan);
- Google Play Billing (subscriptions);
- ip-api.com (approximate country/city from IP, no GPS).
Those services process data under their own privacy policies.
4. What we do not collect
We do not collect bank card numbers, precise GPS location, your phone contacts, biometric templates, or your Google password.
5. Storage and retention
Account and document data are stored until you delete them or your account. Purchase tokens are kept as needed to restore Pro. Logs are kept only as long as needed for security and debugging. AI request content is processed to generate a reply and is not sold.
6. Your rights
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. In the App: Settings → Delete account. You can also use https://pdfmodeai.codart.pro/delete-account or email us. You can delete the App and, where available, your Google account access. To cancel a subscription, use Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
7. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). Do not use the App if you are below that age.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Effective date” above will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.

Чтобы предоставить вход, хранение документов, ИИ, подписку Pro, рекламу для Free, защиту от злоупотреблений и стабильность сервиса.
3. Сторонние сервисы
Google Firebase, Google Gemini, Google AdMob, Google Play Billing — по их собственным политикам.
4. Чего не собираем
Номера банковских карт, точную GPS-геолокацию, контакты телефона, биометрию и пароль Google.
5. Права и контакт
